How to set it up
Let’s set up a price request form in Claspo that not only looks great but also helps you collect real leads and future buyers.
Step 1: Pick a template
Claspo offers a variety of request form templates, including both single-page and multi-step forms. For this setup, we’ll choose a multi-step widget. It’s a great way to break the important pricing questions into bite-sized sections.
It might feel like jumping ahead, but this step is worth doing before you start customizing your template. It’s best to launch this kind of widget using a launcher — it stays visible, so users can open the pop-up anytime and fill out the form when they’re ready. To link the launcher to your widget right from the start, just click the radio button next to it.
Step 2: Customize it
You can fully customize the template’s look and message to match your website’s style. To edit any widget element, just click on it — the settings panel will appear on the right. To move to the next page of the form, either click the tab you need or simply scroll down.
To customize the design you can upload your own image or select one from Claspo’s built-in free library. Adjust the background color and button styles to match your brand.
To edit radio buttons:
- Click on a field to open settings.
- Go to General > Edit Options > Add Option to include custom choices.
Don’t forget to edit the Success page — this is where you confirm the request and set expectations. Or leave the default message that fully meets this task.
Step 3: Set up triggers
Since the widget is triggered by the launcher, there’s no need to set additional display rules. One of the perks of using a launcher is that users can’t accidentally close or remove it. It’s a small, non-intrusive element that doesn’t get in the way but is always right there when needed.
Step 4: Integrate with your marketing tools
To respond quickly and keep leads organized, connect Claspo with your CRM and ESP. This way, quote requests flow directly into your system, and you can send personalized responses without delays. Also, set up an email template to speed up replies.
