This Privacy Policy states the way Claspo Inc. (“Claspo,” “we,” “us”) obtains, uses, shares, and stores your personal information. All this information is collected when you visit and use the claspo.io website. Controller and Processor Roles
Depending on the circumstances, Claspo acts either as a Data Controller or a Data Processor.
Claspo as a Data Controller. For the purposes of data protection laws, Claspo Inc., 3524 Silverside Rd Ste 35B, Wilmington, DE 19810, USA is the “data controller” of the personal data we collect about our customers and users of our Services: account and profile information, billing information, communications, marketing preferences, and technical data collected when you visit our websites or use the Claspo platform.Customers acting as Data Controllers may request or enter into our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
Claspo as a Data Processor. When our customers use Claspo widgets and forms on their websites, personal data of their website visitors and end users (such as form submissions, contact details, and interaction data) is collected and processed by Claspo on behalf of and under the instructions of the respective customer (“Customer Data”). In such instances, Claspo acts as a “data processor” (or Service Provider under applicable U.S. privacy laws), and the customer is the data controller responsible for establishing a legal basis for the processing.
In these cases:
you determine which personal data is collected and why;
Claspo processes such data exclusively on your documented instructions;
Claspo does not sell or share such personal data for its own marketing purposes.
In relation to Customer Data, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing Personal Data through the Services;
configuring the Services in compliance with applicable privacy laws;
responding to requests from Data Subjects concerning Customer Data;
maintaining appropriate records of processing activities where required by law;
determining applicable retention periods for Customer Data;
ensuring that Customer Data does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
Claspo is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or legal compliance of its Customers.
Where Claspo receives a request from a Data Subject relating to Customer Data for which Claspo acts solely as a Data Processor, Claspo may, where legally permitted and reasonably practicable:
refer the request directly to the relevant Customer;
notify the Customer of the request; or
provide reasonable assistance to the Customer in responding to such requests in accordance with applicable law and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
Claspo reserves the right to decline requests where it is not legally authorized to respond directly.
Data We Collect
Registration, Company, and Contact Information. We collect your contact information, such as phone number, email, etc., when you register. We also gather such information as your name, photo, language preferences info, social media IDs, organization info, favored currency, etc.
Payment Information. As soon as you decide to buy from us, we’ll gather information related to your payment method, such as charge card data, charging address, PayPal account subtleties, and any other related information. However, we never store your full credit card data.
Technical and Location details. We collect information that describes the way you interact with our website. Among other data, we gather IP address, OS data, date and time, viewed pages, clicked blocks, etc. We also may get location data if necessary. Some of this data is collected with the help of cookies.
Third-party Platforms. We collect different types of above-mentioned data when you interact with our advertisements elsewhere, i.e., on social media, websites, etc. This helps us understand the way you interact with ads and what makes them better.

For Customer Data processed on behalf of our customers, the legal basis for processing is determined by the respective customer as the data controller.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with our legal obligations. The criteria we use to determine retention periods depend on the legal basis for the processing:
Contract. Data processed to provide the Services under our Terms of Use is kept for as long as you maintain an account with us, plus the limited period needed to comply with law or covering the statute of limitations for legal claims. Cancelling a paid subscription does not by itself delete your account or data: your account continues on the free plan until you delete it or it is removed as inactive.
Consent. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Legal obligation. Data processed to comply with a legal obligation is kept for as long as the applicable law requires.

Exceptions. In that case, we retain the data until the exception no longer applies, and continue to protect it under this Privacy Policy.
Claspo may retain anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information indefinitely, provided such information cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual. Such information may be used for analytics, service improvement, benchmarking, research, security monitoring, and business reporting.
When retention periods expire, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data.
Deletion Requests. Where Claspo acts as a Data Controller, individuals may request deletion of their Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.
Where Claspo acts solely as a Data Processor, requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to the applicable customer, who controls the processing of such data.
Claspo may assist customers in fulfilling deletion requests where required by applicable law or the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
Exceptions to Deletion. Claspo may decline or delay deletion requests to the extent permitted or required by applicable law where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; investigate fraud or unlawful activity; detect or prevent security incidents; protect the rights, property, or safety of Claspo, its Customers, users, or third parties; comply with contractual obligations; maintain business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
Sharing Your Information With Third Parties
We do not sell, exchange, or transfer any private data to any third parties except for the following limited conditions:
