Accessibility Statement

І. Accessibility Compliance Self-Declaration

Claspo Inc. registered in the State of Delaware, United States (further — Claspo) affirms the following:

  • We have conducted an internal self-assessment of the accessibility of our web-based services.
  • Based on this evaluation, we aim to comply with World Wide Web Consortium's Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we will work to improve compliance.
  • We acknowledge our responsibilities under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the European Accessibility Act (EAA), The Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
  • According to EU and international standards, Claspo is currently a microenterprise:

    - Has fewer than 10 employees, and

    - Annual balance sheet less than 2 million euros.

Pursuant to Article 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), microenterprises are exempt from the obligation to ensure full accessibility of digital services for consumers within the EU.

  • As a microenterprise, full compliance may not be immediately feasible due to technical and financial limitations (as outlined under «Disproportion (Undue) Burden Statement»), but we are committed to progress over time.
  • This declaration is valid until such time as:

    - This declaration is valid until such time as:

    - Accessibility obligations become applicable under revised law or regulation.

  • We commit to revisiting this declaration upon significant changes to our service or legal status.
ІІ. Summary of Accessibility Features
  • Navigational aids are provided on all pages. Skip navigation links have been incorporated to facilitate keyboard navigation and to bypass groups of links on a page and jump directly to main content.
  • The title attribute has been used to make linked text more meaningful or to indicate if the link opens a new browser window.
  • Type ahead search results are announced automatically.
  • Radio buttons are grouped together.
ІІІ. Conformance Status. Measures to Support Accessibility
  • Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. However, as a microenterprise, we recognize that full compliance is a gradual process. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome community feedback to help us progress further.
  • Claspo drag-and-drop pop-up builder is committed to making the digital property accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Some existing content may not be in compliance, and some content may meet only the minimum required compliance standards. This will be resolved as we continue our efforts to monitor and maintain acceptable compliance levels.
  • We continue to make every effort to test the digital property and to remove barriers that prevent persons with disabilities from interacting with or accessing information made available on our website.
  • While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the digital property, particularly as it relates to content by third parties. Claspo is not responsible for ensuring that third-party content, software/tools, widgets, Add-ins, APIs, etc., which are not owned by Claspo but are otherwise located on or linked to the Claspo digital property, conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and shall not be liable if they are inaccessible to individuals with disabilities.
  • While we aim for a fully accessible digital environment, some limitations may remain due to technical or third-party constraints. Upon request, we will do our best to provide reasonable and accessible alternatives.
IV. Disproportionate (Undue) Burden Statement

We declare that, based on internal analysis:

  • Certain elements of Claspo’s platform (such as the drag-and-drop pop-ups builder and dynamic content personalization based on user behavior) involve complex architecture;
  • Full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all modules would result in disproportionate effort in terms of time, development, and cost;
  • While our team is actively improving accessibility, some features (e.g. dynamic editor canvas or code preview windows, some content of this website) currently do not fully meet accessibility criteria due to technical constraints.

Claspo is a microenterprise with limited financial and technical resources. While we are committed to providing an accessible digital experience, there may be instances where full compliance with accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1 AA) is currently not feasible due to undue burden, as recognized under the international standards.

In such cases, undue burden may refer to:

  • Disproportionate financial costs relative to company size and turnover;
  • Limited technical capacity to implement specific accessibility features immediately;
  • Reliance on third-party software or components that may not yet be fully accessible.

Despite these limitations, we:

  • Strive to prioritize accessibility improvements within our available resources;
  • Evaluate alternative means of providing access to essential information and functions;
  • Remain open to feedback and requests for reasonable accommodations.

If You encounter a barrier while using our services and require assistance or an alternative format, we strongly encourage You to contact us. We are committed to responding and assisting in a timely and inclusive manner.

This Accessibility Statement was last updated from the date indicated as the date of its publication (updated) and, subject to significant changes to our service or legal status, it may be updated at any time by publishing an updated version on this website.
