Claspo AI CRO Agency is built for online stores that already have steady traffic and regular orders, whether you run on Shopify or another platform, and whether you're the owner or the marketer. If your store is before launch or gets very little traffic, there isn't enough visitor behaviour to learn from yet; you're welcome to apply, and we'll tell you honestly if it's too early.
Claspo doesn't manage popups built in other tools. It runs its own campaigns and the work around them: choosing which visitors to address and with what, building the campaign, testing it, and revisiting it as your traffic and offers change. Your current popups can stay for now: we can test our campaigns against them and keep what performs better. Where it makes sense for your audience, we move them to Claspo so everything is targeted, tested and improved in one place. Subscribers still land in your email platform.

No. Every campaign is targeted to a specific segment and capped in frequency, and every test checks for side effects, not just the target metric. Where the best move is to show less, or nothing, that's what gets proposed.
Your reports connect campaigns to what matters: subscribers collected, orders from those subscribers or from campaign promo codes, and the lift a test actually proved. Reports say what's confirmed, what's still uncertain, and what we suggest doing next, so you always know what you're paying for.
