## Free trial

- 14 days on any Pro plan, with the full pageviews of the plan you choose.
- When the trial ends, the plan you chose continues as a paid subscription.

## Overage

- Pageviews are counted per account, across all its websites, and reset every month, on annual
  plans too.
- When an account reaches its monthly pageview limit, its widgets stop showing until the next
  month or until it moves to a higher plan.
- Extra pageviews cannot be bought separately. To get more, choose a higher plan.

## Billing

- Monthly: charged at the start of each billing period.
- Annual: 25% less than paying monthly. Invoices and bank transfer are available for annual
  plans only.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time payments are not available.
- Cancel anytime, with no long-term contract. The paid plan stays active until the end of the
  period already paid for, with no further charges.
- Refund: you can request one within 30 days of your last payment if you have not used the paid
  service.
- You can also subscribe through the Shopify App Store.

## FAQ

**What counts as a pageview?**
A page load, or a change of the URL path, on a page where the Claspo script is installed. A
reload counts again. A change of the query string (the part after "?") does not.

**What happens if my site exceeds the plan's pageviews?**
Widgets stop showing until the next month. There are no overage charges: move to a higher plan
to keep widgets running.

**Can I change or cancel my plan?**
Yes, at any time. Plans bought on claspo.io are managed in Billing > Active subscriptions. Plans
bought through Shopify are cancelled by uninstalling the Claspo app.

**Is there a discount?**
Annual billing costs 25% less than monthly billing.
